Muzooka Update

Like most apps/startups, Muzooka has evolved over the past 18 months. As entrepreneurs, you aim to solve a few business problems in the hopes of creating a successful company and like most startups, you quickly discover you are not solving all of them equally. One area that appears to be working, and working very well, is our “Opportunities” platform.

For the past 12 months, Muzooka focused on connecting artists to some of the best opportunities in the music industry. Our focus is to help venue owners, booking agents, festivals and more find the very best emerging music talent, and do it in the most time and cost efficient way possible.

With our latest web update, you are beginning to see our focus materialize.

As we develop this focus, we will push regular product updates in the future (aim is once per week on the web while mobile is less frequent due to the iOS approval process). We look forward to your continued feedback as together we can create the best and most optimized way of dealing with the demo submission nightmare that currently exists.

For artists, the lifeblood of our ecosystem, we haven’t forgotten about you. Our aim in the coming months is to not only bring you some of the best live opportunities, but also continue to make creating a Muzooka band/artist page, and managing it, as simple as possible. We know having “another damn social page to manage” isn’t at the top of your priority list, and selfishly, we want you focused on making more music!

With that said, we want to hear from you, and not just the things you like. We can only get better if you tell us what needs improvement/tweaking!
