At the beginning of June, Grizzly Bear revealed the tracklisting and a new song, “Sleeping Ute”, from their then-untitled fourth album. Doing it kinda backwards, the follow-up to 2009’s Veckatimest— which Ed Droste described as “not as dreamy and pastoral and sleepy as past efforts” in a recent Update interview— now has a title: Shields, due September 18 via Warp.That’s the cover art above.
